The beans come from carefully selected plantations in Brazil and Guatemala and are fairly traded. The mixing ratio of 70 % Arabica and 30 % Robusta is reminiscent of the typical espresso you enjoy at an Italian rest stop - intense, direct, unmistakable. The dense, golden brown crema underlines this character perfectly. Traditionally roasted in the Italian style, unfolded Roma a full body and pronounced aromas of dark chocolate, roasted nuts and brown sugar. Ideal for milk drinks such as cappuccino, caffè latte or flat white.
