Let us seduce you from the coffee wall with 14 different, always freshly roasted varieties from all world countries. As at Aunt Emma's time, we take the coffee exactly for you and label the bags by hand. In the meantime, it is quite possible that you will hear one or the other robber story from the world of coffee.
Of course we offer our coffees, also freshly packed. All of our coffees offer whole beans, freshly ground, as E.S.E.-Pad and in compostable Nespresso © compatible capsules.

At the picturesque Pfäffikersee, surrounded by the untouched nature of the Zurich Oberland, the coffees are mastered in our roastery. For us, coffee is the result of a deep connection between craft, love and the incessant search for the perfect taste. To live out this passion, we need a very special red balance. We combine the centuries-old art of cast and iron processing from Turkey with modern electrical engineering from Germany. This combination enables us to control our roasts so precisely that the finest nuances of the raw coffee can be brought to life. However, the real secret remains the craft of our roasters.
However, our passion for coffee goes far beyond the roasting process. Sustainability and fairness are as important to us as the taste. We maintain close partnerships with coffee farmers from different countries and buy raw coffee directly from the plantations or well -known partner companies. This close cooperation gives us the opportunity to actively influence the entire production process - from cultivation to finishing in the roaster.
The slow and gentle roasting is one of our deep beliefs. In this way we break down the tannic acid and our coffee becomes particularly digestible. That takes time - and that's exactly what we want to give our coffee. The reward is our distinctive taste, which makes every sip a magical experience.
