High up in the Ethiopian highlands, the country of origin of coffee, the Bellissimo thrives and grows. This one organic and fair trade certified Arabica beans carries the myth of the shepherd Kaldi – the discoverer of coffee. As complex as the legends surrounding Kaldi are told, so too is their taste. The light roast brings out the original - an unadulterated aroma that appeals Jasmine, honey and blueberries reminiscent, delicately caressed by our typical roasted aroma. The Bellissimo literally dances across the palate creamy texture and fine fruit notes, which we bring to bear here. Whether in a fully automatic machine, portafilter or as filter coffee – Bellissimo is versatile and surprising at the same time: floral and elegant, fruity and yet classic.
