Bellissimo thrives and grows high up in the Ethiopian highlands, the country of origin of coffee. This organic and fair trade certified Arabica bean carries with it the myth of the shepherd Kaldi - the discoverer of coffee. As complex as the legends surrounding Kaldi are told, so too is their taste. The light roast brings out the original - a genuine aroma that is reminiscent of jasmine, honey and blueberries, delicately caressed by our typical roasted aroma. The Bellissimo literally dances across the palate, with a creamy texture and fine fruit notes that we bring out here. Whether in a fully automatic machine, portafilter or as filter coffee – Bellissimo is versatile and surprising at the same time: floral and elegant, fruity and yet classic.
