Yes, of course - very happy. This is how you get to know us personally. Our roasting shop with factory shop is occupied as follows:

Tuesday - Friday
10:00 – 12:00 / 13:00 – 18:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 14:00

You will be informed when your package leaves our house and you get the shipment number of Swiss Post. So you stay up to date with all of your deliveries.

The same conditions apply for orders to Lichtenstein.
For all other countries, the shipping costs are billed according to effort.

We grant a 7-day right of return (foods are excluded for reasons of food safety). If the article is in an unopened state, it can be returned at its own expense. The return shipping must be registered by email. After receiving the return, this is checked. If everything is okay, we make a credit for you. Articles that we have ordered for you are excluded from the right of return.
