Frequently asked questions

It is best to store coffee-protected coffee, in air and taste packaging, at maximum room temperature. In short: dark, dry, cool. The refrigerator and freezer are not suitable storage locations.

If you use a tasty can, that's okay. However, care should be taken to ensure that there is as little air connection as possible. You can just as well leave the coffee in our packaging. In both cases, we recommend that we only skim as much as you need.

A best -before date (MHD) of 18 months is often used in the retail trade. From the perspective of food safety, this is completely harmless. From a taste perspective, however, we recommend consuming coffee within the first 6 months after the roasting date.

By grinding, the coffee oxidizes faster, which has a negative impact on the taste. Therefore, we always grind your coffee fresh before shipping or in the factory shop.
