Description
With that Tutti i Giorni from Cafiosa, a new, high-quality coffee is entering the coffee world. The beans come from the south of Brazil, are grown organically and the coffee farmers are paid fairly.
The cooperative's switch to biodynamic cultivation was initiated and supported by several Swiss roasting companies - we were also able to contribute a small part. That's exactly what makes this coffee a project close to our hearts. The bean, classified as specialty coffee, is gently refined with great care to a medium roast level. The result is a wholesome coffee with a fine fruitiness, subtle notes of chocolate and nuts and a full body with a velvety mouthfeel.
In short: A coffee that you simply want to enjoy every day - or as the name suggests: Tutti i Giorni.
