For us it was gentle Swiss Mountain Water decaffeination method the only possible process for the fine Arabica beans from the climate-spoiled high-altitude terraces of Mexico. For us, organic and fair trade certification is the logical consequence for this healthy and wholesome coffee. The medium-dark roast reveals notes of caramel, nuts and an exotic citrus sweetness. A gentle texture rounds off this harmonious coffee perfectly.
